What we're looking for:
- 0+ years backend WordPress/PHP experience (OOP, hooks/filters, WP_Query mastery)
- Proficient in PHP 8+, MySQL, Git, Composer, WP-CLI
- Experience with APIs, custom post types, security hardening
- Bonus: Headless WP, React/Next.js integration, high-traffic optimization, or agency exp
Salary Range: $1000 – $1500 base + performance bonus
